We have expertise in developing LEP models of governance, performance management and delivery, infusing regeneration aspirations, whilst establishing robust project management processes within your requirements. Our experience as a consortium partner in BSF can be harnessed to guide your project teams through BSF procurement and dialogue with the private sector, providing insight into how best to work with BSF providers to create truly integrated projects that deliver your education vision.
Our approach to long-term partnership, highlighted in our long-standing engagements on PFI projects, gives us a real appreciation for
'living together'. Like any relationship we build it through earning trust, being honest and open and expressing our ability to communicate to achieve shared objectives. NewSchools is able to bring to bear the lessons learnt from nine PFI contracts.
