Our approach takes into account both programme and local level issues that prevail in large infrastructure, PFI and BSF projects. NewSchools have at every step taken the opportunity to reflect on our outputs and delivery models, to constantly refine and improve how our partners, clients and customers perceive our services.
We have experience and knowledge of working with diverse organisational cultures and partners, establishing common ground early in a projects life to maximise the benefits required from a scheme. For school projects, our approach ensures that we give time to understanding the context and environment of the school (e.g. our projects in Clacton, Slough). We have consistently found that this approach enables us to deliver a valued and responsive service.
NewSchools maintains a close relationship with those we work with, bridging the gap between private and public sector delivery. Our methods are holistic and seek to engage and find a cultural fit with those we work with.
